In the Word document “Request for Proposal”, you will find a template you can use in your purchasing process.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) is used to solicit goods, works or services from external suppliers, usually through a bidding process. An RFP includes an invitation to potential suppliers to bid, and it is followed by an evaluation process and a contract award.
