Complying with the Labour Law
You would have to comply with the Labour Law whether you are employing expatriates or locals (other than domestic helpers or agricultural workers).

If your employees are expatriates, then you and your employees should ensure that you comply with the Law Regulating Entry, Exit, Residence and Sponsorship of Foreigners. Click here to download Law No. (4) of 2009 which regulates expatriates' entry, exit, residency and sponsorship.
